The AX-71C antenna is a compact
VHF/UHF omni-directional receiving and transmitting antenna for
professional and consumer surveillance and monitoring applications.
The antenna offers a reception range of 25-3500+ MHz,
and a transmit range (2:1 VSWR or lower) from 100-3500 MHz. It is an
ideal, omnidirectional, VHF/UHF antenna for all wide-frequency-coverage
receivers and scanners, as well as multiband VHF/UHF transmitters and
transceivers up to 200 watts.

Suitable
coaxial cable
can be ordered in 50 or 100 ft lengths. It comes with a F connector on both

The antenna is constructed of Austenitic Stainless
Steel 303 grade.
Austenitic (chromium and nickel content) stainless steels have high
ductility (i.e . ability of a metal to plastically deform without
breaking or fracturing), low yield stress and high ultimate tensile
strength, when compare to a typical carbon steel. They also feature
very good corrosion resistance.
