Check the support page first to see if the problem can be resolved without returning the unit. Download and run the diagnostic
 test, then e-mail the results to WinRadio. After is is determined that the unit is defective complete the following steps.

Copies of diagnostic report have to accompany the unit or the unit will not be handled.

To obtain warranty or after-warranty service in the United States or Canada, please follow this procedure:


(1) Please email
ccordell@grove-ent.com or call (800) 438-8155 or (828) 837-9200 to obtain an RMA Number for return of your unit. Products covered by warranty are repaired or replaced and returned free of charge. For products after warranty, a fixed payment depending on model number applies:

WR-3000 series $395 WR-3150 series $395
WR-3500 series $395 WR-3700 series $425
WR-G303 series $235 WR-G313 series $295


Include shipping charges of $7.95 UPS Ground in the U.S.
Outside the U.S. call or e-mail for rates.

(2) Send the unit in the original or equivalent packaging, with a copy of original invoice from your dealer showing items purchased and date of purchase (this is necessary for warranty repairs only). Please include the connecting cables and/or power supplies (as the fault may be with them). Write the RMA number on the box label and also on the invoice copy inside the box.

(3) Send the package by any means which will give you a proof of posting. As we cannot accept liability while your unit is in transit from you to us, we suggest that you insure the package.

The repaired or replaced unit will be sent to you via UPS Ground. If you require expedited service, you may wish to arrange this (at extra cost) at the time when you are obtaining your RMA number. Note that eligibility for warranty replacement is solely at our service center's discretion. Products which are obviously physically damaged cannot be eligible for warranty service.
