You have three options to obtain technical support on a product that you purchased from Grove:

1) E-Mail a tech. Response is usually within 24 hours.

2) Use the MT Messageboard. Posting a message to the Messageboard puts your question out to thousands of fellow radio enthusiasts, as well as the Grove technicians.

3) Phone in for support at (828) 837-7081. Here you may speak with a live technician, one-on-one, but time is limited, so you’re not as likely to be able to ask as many questions as you would with the other two options.
