Any order placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day, providing it is in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m Eastern time will be processed the next business day.

2) Place your order by calling 1-800-438-8155 or 828-837-9200.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-11:30 a.m - 12:30-5 p.m Eastern Time.

3) Place your order by fax at 828-837-2216. Please include the name as it appears on the credit card, billing address, shipping address, item(s) you'd like to order, shipping method (UPS or USPS) , method of payment and, if you're international, a copy of your credit card, front and back.

4) Place your order by email to order@grove-ent.com. Please include the name as it appears on the credit card, billing address, shipping address, item(s) you'd like to order, shipping method (UPS or USPS), method of payment and, if you're international, a copy of your credit card, front and back.

5) Mail your order to: Grove Enterprises, 7540 Highway 64 West, Brasstown, NC 28902. Please include the name as it appears on the credit card, billing address, shipping address, item(s) you'd like to order, shipping method (UPS or USPS) method of payment and, if you're international, a copy of your credit card front and back. We do accept personal checks but we do not ship product until funds have been verified by the bank.

6) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We must have a copy of your credit card, front and back, to process your order. You may send a copy through e-mail to order@grove-ent.com or fax us a signed photocopy (text must be readable on the fax) to 011-828-837-2216 (not necessary for MT Subscriptions). This is required to protect both of us from the use of stolen credit cards. Your order will be held until this information is received.
