This high-performance, low profile (17" H) mobile replacement antenna is guaranteed to improve multiband mobile communications over other whips! Its patented, tilted, three-element design uses harmonic patterning to improve VHF/UHF reception and transmission without retuning (see pattern link below)! Ideal for modern, 25-1300 MHz, wide-coverage scanners, and for 100 watt commercial, amateur, and government transceivers operating in the 140-174, 216-225, and 406-512 MHz ranges.
Its broadband design accepts modern repeater splits, cross-band, and wideband spread spectrum. Unique sloped elements reduce picket fencing. Stainless-steel whips with turn screws fit securely into an aircraft-aluminum base fixture. Fitted with a standard NMO base adaptor for existing 3/4" Motorola mobile mounts.
