The Tone Eliminator slot card enables the AR8200 to ignore certain transmission tones which would otherwise stop the scan and search process.Pilot tones are often transmitted by public utility services and railways making their transmissions troublesome and fatiguing to monitor without the use of the Tone Eliminator.
